Fun Hunter Pace

On September 17, 2006, 44 teams of riders enjoyed beautiful weather, gorgeous territory, and a delightful course as they competed in the four divisions (Hunt, Pleasure, Junior, Western) divisions offered by our Fun Hunter Pace. The course wound through 9 miles of Hunt territory, through woods and fields, with numerous optional jumps along the way--most of them in the 18" to 24" range. The atmosphere was low-key and everyone seemed to have a great time. There sure were a lot of smiles as riders crossed the finish line!

This event got rave reviews by everyone who participated, so we expect an even bigger turnout the next time!

Many, many thanks to our wonderful landowners the Longs and Inskeeps for their generous support, and a big hand to all the organizers and helpers whose hard work ensured the event ran without a hitch. Also thanks to every competitor for coming out to enjoy the day with us!

and missed the awards presentation in the afternoon,

to send or hand off your ribbon and/or trophy.
