Tailgate Competition
Tailgate parties are a Virginia point-to-point tradition. Show off your flair for track-side entertainment and you could win one of two elegant dinners for two.
Jack Russell Terrier Races
Bring your terriers to race on the flat and over the hurdles. Your little pet never ran a race before? No worries! There will be practice races before the start, and we’ll have a Seniors Race for terriers over ten. The entry fee is only $5 per race. For pre-entry or more information, call 540-727-8201.
Bull Run Hunt’s Parade of Foxhounds
Huntsman Greg Schwartz leads the Bull Run hounds on a full-dress review. Our hounds will delight you with their color, enthusiasm, humor, and discipline.
Fun Races— Draft Horse and BRH Members' Races
Enjoy our alternative Draft Horse Sprint for those super-sized beasts who shake the earth when they gallop by! This race may be split into light draft and heavy draft by shoe size.
Souvenir Sales
Bull Run logo T-shirts, caps, cups, polo shirts and other race-day memorabilia will be on sale at the Point-to-Point observation tower.
